Kristy Hall, MS, RNCP, ROHP Board Certified Functional Nutritionist

Kristy’s Passion

Kristy’s journey in health began in the not-for-profit healthcare sector after graduating from Texas A&M University, but it wasn’t until she became a mother that she truly discovered the power of alternative approaches to wellness. When her daughter suffered from unexplained eczema and fatigue, and conventional medical tests provided no answers, Kristy turned to nutrition. The changes were transformative, and her daughter recovered.

A few years later, Kristy faced her own health crisis. Years of chronic pain worsened to the point that doctors mentioned conditions like fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. Frustrated with the lack of solutions, Kristy once again sought out alternative approaches. Through research and a carefully designed protocol, she experienced a significant reduction in her pain and fatigue. Her improvement was so profound that she was able to pursue a master’s degree in holistic nutrition, raise her children, and work full-time—even as a single mother. This personal recovery drives her passion to help others find their own path to healing.

Kristy’s Education

Kristy’s hunger for knowledge has shaped her career. She first became a Certified Health Coach through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, founded by world-renowned physician Dr. William Sears. She then went on to earn her Master of Holistic Nutrition degree from Hawthorn University, graduating with highest honors.

In 2024, Kristy earned her doctorate in holistic nutrition, focusing on Nutritional Psychiatry and researching the impact of essential fatty acids on anxiety. She is board-certified in Holistic Nutrition through the Holistic Nutrition Credentialing Board and holds international certifications as a Registered Nutrition Consulting Practitioner and a Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner through the International Organization of Nutrition Consultants.

In addition to her work with clients, Kristy serves as President of the National Association of Nutrition Professionals (NANP), where she continues to advocate for the power of holistic, personalized healthcare.
