Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp cooked and shelled, wild caught is better than farmed
  • 4 cups cabbage thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado skin and pit removed, sliced
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp pickled ginger thinly sliced, optional
  • 1/4 tsp salt Pink Himalayan is best
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients. Let sit for 5 minutes, then serve.
